She has ten years of experience teaching private voice, piano, and guitar lessons for ages six through adult.
She also taught elementary school music for Austin Independent School District.
Katie sang with the Austin Vocal Arts Ensemble in Austin, Texas, where she now lives.
She received Musikgarten training and certification in July of 2008 and has been teaching Musikgarten since September of 2008.
She and her daughter are also former Musikgarten students.
